Please make your cheque payable to Hong Kong Shipping Gazette and send to 2002 Westlands Centre, 20 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Payment is required prior to the seminar.

If you are unable to attend the seminar, a substitute delegate is always welcome. A full refund will be entertained upon receiving a written cancellation 10 working days prior to seminar. Otherwise, the full fee is payable.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Hong Kong Shipping Gazette reserves the right to cancel the seminar or alter programme details.

In the event of cancellation due to extremely bad weather, we will reschedule the seminar and notify registrants of the revised date. We will supply those unable to attend with the full set of course materials. However, we regret that a refund will be unavailable
