Fleet Personnel Supervisor
 
Duties and Job Responsibilities

* Monitor ship staff movement to maintain crew change at suitable ports
* Monitor certificates/licenses for all ship staff onboard and update personnel records
* Liaise with various parties for recruiting ship staff in compliance with local rules and regulations

Job Requirements
  • Tertiary education or above
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Fleet Personnel Management of Shipowning or Shipmanagement company
  • Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter and good administration skills


Insurance Claims Supervisor
 
Duties and Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare the General Insurance Data for Master's reference
  • Liaise with brokers on vessel's insurance and prepare insurance data for owners
  • Document claim history including costs and assist with adjustment of claims
Job Requirements
  • Tertiary education or above, preferably with knowledge in marine insurance
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Well-organized and meticulous

In both positions, good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, as well as proficiency in MS Office & e-mail applications are required.
